Welcome to Sellvoy, an e-commerce intelligence and lead enrichment platform operated by AC Ventures ("we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sellvoy platform, web application, APIs, and associated services. By registering an account or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

Sellvoy provides a cloud-based sales intelligence software platform designed to search, segment, diagnose, and enrich active e-commerce storefronts. Features include the Global Store Database, Live URL Scanner, App Stack Intelligence, AI Brand Summaries, and 1-Click Outreach drafting tools.

2. User Accounts and Team Organizations

  • Account Registration: You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information when creating an account.
  • Credentials & Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized account activity.
  • Organizations & Multi-Tenancy: Accounts subscribed to multi-seat plans (such as Starter or Growth) can invite team members to their shared organization credit pool. The organization owner and administrators are responsible for member access, role permissions, and credit consumption.

3. Subscriptions and Credit System

  • Credit Usage: Sellvoy services operate on a credit consumption model. One (1) credit is consumed to perform one full store profile unlock or one live storefront scan, unless otherwise designated in your tier specifications.
  • Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle according to the pricing tier selected at checkout (e.g., Starter or Growth).
  • Monthly Allotments: Subscription plans include a fixed monthly credit quota that resets at the start of each billing cycle. Unused monthly plan credits do not roll over to subsequent months unless explicitly specified.
  • On-Demand Top-Up Credits: Organizations may purchase additional credit top-up packages. Purchased top-up credits remain valid for active accounts and are consumed after monthly plan quotas are exhausted.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least thirty (30) days notice prior to your next renewal date.

4. Acceptable Use and Outreach Compliance

You agree to use Sellvoy solely for legitimate professional, analytical, and business-to-business (B2B) purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or extraction tools to harvest raw data from the Sellvoy application or bypass platform rate limits.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Sellvoy platform.
  • Resell, redistribute, or license raw Sellvoy database exports to third parties without prior written enterprise authorization.
  • Violate regional laws governing commercial communications (such as the US CAN-SPAM Act, Canadian CASL, UK Data Protection Act, and EU GDPR / ePrivacy directives). When conducting cold outreach using contacts surfaced on Sellvoy, you are solely responsible for ensuring your messages include valid sender identification, clear opt-out mechanisms, and appropriate legal basis.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, database architecture, scoring algorithms, user interface designs, trademarks, and documentation provided on Sellvoy are the exclusive intellectual property of AC Ventures.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Sellvoy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform and export store reports solely for your internal business operations.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Sellvoy platform, store index, and diagnostic signals are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis.

While we employ continuous verification algorithms to maintain accurate, fresh storefront records, AC Ventures makes no representations or warranties regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability of third-party store data, installed apps, or domain uptime. Third-party merchants may update their catalogs, policies, or technology stacks independently.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AC Ventures and its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenues, sales, goodwill, or business reputation, arising from your access to, use of, or inability to use the Sellvoy platform.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Sellvoy during the twelve (12) months preceding the incident giving rise to liability.

8. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account billing settings. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active with full plan access until the conclusion of your current paid billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access immediately, without prior notice, in the event of material violations of these Terms, abusive system activity, or fraudulent chargeback attempts.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect product enhancements, legal requirements, or operational changes. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of Sellvoy following notice of modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
